Peter is an international general practitioner admitted in New York (but not in Thailand). He attracts both Thai and international clients with practical and understandable solutions to their needs for legal services, coupling transactional, counseling and dispute resolution experience in all aspects of law with senior executive service in an international bank. His 2 decades plus in Thai private practice is preceded by his role as EVP support for a Hong Kong bank, as general counsel for a Bahrain-based international bank, as London based Europe, Middle East and Africa counsel for a prominent American international bank and as a Federal Reserve regulatory lawyer in the US. He received Combined JD and MBA degrees from Columbia University in New York City and a BA degree with honors in history from Indiana University

Anuchai's expertise includes assisting clients with their intellectual property matters in Thailand and overseas and employment, labor, immigration and alien occupation law. He has special expertise in environmental law assisting clients in establishing production facilities, within and outside industrial estates.

A Committee Member of the ICC Thailand Commercial Law and Practice Commission, he was educated in Thailand and the United States with an LL.B. (1984) and a Graduate Degree in Business Law (1988) from Thammasat University. In 1991, he toch an LL.M in International Legal Studies from the Washington College of Law, American University, Washington, D.C.

Somsak's specialty is property and real estate law, and whose expertise encompasses the financial arrangements for property projects. His experience includes acting as lead lawyer for developers and industrialists alike in setting up successful large scale development projects in Thailand from scratch. Somsak graduated from Thammasat University with an LL.B. in 1983, adding a Graduate Diploma in Business Law from Thammasat in 1988.

Ekapat specializes in corporate, foreign business, investment promotion and non-profit organization laws. He advises and assists clients with respect to foreign investment and businesses in Thailand, employment related matters, corporate registrations, corporate restructurings, sales of business, business transfers and other commercial matters including data protection and computer crime. He has particular expertise in establishing regional offices in Thailand for international non-profit entities, assisting them through the gauntlet of registration and reporting. Ekapat is a graduate of Thammasat University, receiving his LL.B in 2009.
